Tapiwa is a results-driven finance professional with over six years of experience in banking and financial management. An ACCA member and Accounting graduate from Midlands State University, he also holds certifications in ITIL4, Financial Accounting, Excel, and Data Analytics. He brings strong expertise in financial reporting, treasury operations, business development, and corporate governance, making him a key driver of Omama Finance’s financial strategy.
Beyond his technical skills, Tapiwa is passionate about leveraging finance to empower communities, particularly women entrepreneurs. His approach combines innovation, precision, and a commitment to sustainable growth, ensuring that Omama Finance delivers impactful financial solutions while fostering trust and inclusion.
Egness brings over three years of administrative experience in the microfinance sector, with a strong background in loan processing, document management, and operational coordination. She plays a key role in supporting both staff and clients, enhancing service efficiency and maintaining high standards of professionalism across daily operations.
